German Mining Museum
The German Mining Museum, which was founded in 1930, gives visitors a rare insight into the underground world of tunnels and mine shafts. The 68 metre high winding tower, which stands very near the City's public park, is one of Bochum's most prominent landmarks.

Tuesday - Friday 8.30 a.m to 5 p.m, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays 10 a.m to 5 p.m.
